How to collaborate with teammates
Collaboration in AMPLYFI ensures that your team stays informed, aligned, and efficient. By sharing Intelligence Feeds, Reports, and Insights, you can centralise market intelligence and reduce the risk of knowledge loss within your organisation.
How to collaborate with your team in AMPLYFI
- Join your colleagues' public Intelligence Feeds
- Click "Add feeds", then select "Browse feeds".
- Find and join the Intelligence Feeds your colleagues are already using.
- Add your colleagues to your public Feeds
- Navigate to your Intelligence Feed settings.
- Under "General", enter your colleagues' names to subscribe them.
- Share valuable content
- Favourite Signals to highlight important insights for your team. Favourited Signals are visible to all subscribed users through filters and included in daily email updates.
- Share a Report with colleagues who also use AMPLYFI. You can generate reports from Generative Research or directly from an Intelligence Feed.
- Download and send a Report as a PDF to share externally with colleagues or customers.
- Organise information for better collaboration
- Create custom tags for Signals to organise content by project or topic.
- Click the three dots on the top-right of a Signal card and select "Tag this signal".
- Use consistent tags to help your team filter and review related insights.
- Comment on a Signal and tag colleagues to start discussions. Use @mentions to notify specific teammates.
Export metadata from an Intelligence Feed by clicking the "download" button. This provides a CSV file containing all visible Signals, including titles and URLs.
