What are Projects?

Projects serve as your central research hub within the application, designed to help you organise and manage all your market intelligence in one place. They provide a structured workspace where you can:


✅ Save and organise Intelligence Views from Explore

✅ Upload your own data to analyse alongside AMPLYFI-generated insights

✅ Collaborate with teammates on research initiatives

✅ Access all your saved work in a centralised location

Getting Started with Projects

To begin using Projects, navigate to the Projects section in the main navigation menu. Here you'll see any existing Projects or you can create a new one.


Creating a New Project

  1. Click the "Create Project" button
  2. Give your Project a name and optional description
  3. Click "Create"

Saving Explore Views to Projects

Views you create in Explore must be saved to Projects in order to:

  • Access them in the future to check for changes or updates
  • Utilise them as Content Sources in other areas of the application

After setting up your View, to save it to a Project:

  1. Click "Save View"
  2. Choose the Project you want to add it to, or create a new one

Using Your Projects

Once you've saved Intelligence Views to your Projects, you can leverage them in various ways:

  • Generative Research: Pull collective insights from your saved Views and Uploads to power new research
  • Report Templates: Include data from your Views to support your findings

Collaborating on Team Projects

AMPLYFI's Projects feature is designed with team collaboration in mind:


Joining Team Projects

  • Access Projects shared by your colleagues directly from your Projects dashboard
  • Team Projects you've been invited to will appear alongside your own Projects
  • Get insight over what your organisation is working on

Sharing and Permissions

  • Project creators and editors can invite team members at any time
  • Different permission levels allow for customised access:
    • Viewers can access and comment on all assets within a project
    • Editors can add, remove, and modify assets within a project


Collaborative Workflow

  • Build on each other's research by adding complementary Intelligence Views
  • Commenting on other users' assets in a project to knowledge share and track decisions

Uploading Your Own Data

In addition to AMPLYFI-generated insights, you can upload your own data:

  1. Navigate to your Project
  2. Click "Upload Data"
  3. Select your files or paste URLs
  4. The system will process your data and make it available alongside your other intelligence
